Yes, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods and weekends.

For groups of 8 or more guests, please email us at info@nurikbbq.co.uk with your preferred date, time, number of guests and the occasion. Our team will respond within one working day and often the same day.

For groups of 4 or more, no upfront deposit is required. However, we will ask for card details to secure your reservation. These are only charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice. The charge in that case is £10 per person.

Yes. To cancel or amend your reservation, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email. All changes must be made at least 12 hours before your reservation time. If you are unable to manage this online, please call us directly on 020 4597 0028.

You can reduce your party size up to 24 hours before your booking by contacting us directly. If you need to increase numbers we will do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability. Reducing your party size by a large number with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a £10 per person cancellation fee.

We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we may need to release it to other guests. If you know you are running late, please call us as soon as possible on 020 4597 0028.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed online, you will receive an automated confirmation by email or SMS. Please make sure your contact details are correct when booking.

For groups of 15 or more, we kindly ask that you submit a complete pre-order at least 2 days before your visit. During December we request this for all parties of 15 or more. Please email your pre-order to info@nurikbbq.co.uk with your name, booking date and time.

Yes. NURI has an outdoor seating area and you can request an outdoor table when booking. Please note that outdoor seating is closed during winter. If the weather changes on the day, we will do our best to move you indoors, subject to availability.

Yes. All meats at NURI are sourced from halal-certified suppliers and no pork is served on the premises.

Yes. We serve a full drinks menu including:

• Korean beers — Cass and Terra
• Original and flavoured soju
• Makgeolli (traditional Korean rice wine)
• Asahi and Peroni
• Wine — red and white
• Cocktails and mocktails
• Korean soft drinks and non-alcoholic options

Alcoholic drinks are not included in the Unlimited Korean BBQ price and are charged separately.

We use Argentine Black Label beef — premium, grass-fed beef imported from Argentina, known for its rich flavour and natural tenderness. All our prime cuts are halal-certified and hand-selected for the Korean BBQ experience.

Our £40 per person Unlimited Korean BBQ is available Monday to Wednesday, with orders from 12:00pm to 7:30pm. It includes:

• A one-time starter plate (saewoo twigim, takoyaki, kimchi dumplings)
• Unlimited selected beef, chicken and seafood for 90 minutes
• Banchan, steamed rice, kimchi jjigae, lettuce wraps and BBQ sauces

All meats are halal-certified. Drinks are charged separately. Everyone at the table must participate.

Yes. To reduce waste, a £10 charge applies to each unfinished additional portion of meat or seafood ordered after your initial serving. This charge does not apply to your first platter — only to extra rounds that are ordered and left unfinished.

Yes. We offer vegetarian and vegan options. Please speak to a member of our team on arrival and they will guide you through the suitable choices. Dietary requirements can also be noted when booking.

Yes. Our allergen information is available on our menu page. Please inform your server of any allergies on arrival — an advance note when booking is helpful but does not remove the responsibility to tell us again when you are seated.

Whilst we take every precaution to minimise cross-contamination, our dishes are prepared in an environment where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

Yes, children are very welcome. For the Unlimited Korean BBQ, child pricing applies:

• Under 5: Free
• Ages 5–10: £15
• Ages 11–15: £25
• Ages 16 and over: £40 (full adult price)

Valid proof of age may be requested.

Absolutely. You are very welcome to bring a cake for a celebration. Please let us know in advance so we can store it in the refrigerator and bring it out at the right moment.

Yes. NURI has a private mezzanine accommodating approximately 20–22 guests — ideal for birthdays, corporate events, team dinners, networking and celebrations. Semi-private options are also available for larger or more flexible group arrangements.

Private dining is available from £30 per person.
