Restaurant Reservation Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations & Deposits
• Parties of 4 guests or more may be required to pay a deposit to secure their reservation.
• Deposit requirements may vary depending on date, time, and group size.
2. Deposit Refunds
• Deposits will be fully refunded upon full attendance of all guests included in the reservation.
• Deposits are not transferable to future bookings unless agreed by the restaurant.
3. Cancellations & Amendments
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.
• Deposits will be refunded in full where applicable.
4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations, amendments, or reductions in guest numbers made less than 24 hours before the reservation may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
• A charge of £10 per unattended guest may apply.
• In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be retained.
5. Arrival Time
• Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time during busy periods.
6. Group Bookings
• Large group reservations may be subject to specific seating arrangements and dining duration policies.
• The restaurant will endeavour to seat all guests together where possible but cannot guarantee specific table allocations.
7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
• Guests are responsible for informing the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
• Whilst every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
8. Restaurant Rights
• NURI Korean BBQ and Korean BBQ House reserve the right to amend, relocate, or cancel reservations in exceptional circumstances.
• The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to guests whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to staff or other customers.
